My SentriCard is not updated.
A. Insert key into card reader. Ensure that password is entered correctly. Click update.
I am showing property in Rockford/Dekalb...Will my SentriCard work there?
A. The SentriCard only works on Sentrilock boxes. The listing agent will know what type of box is on the property.
I want to show property outside of McHenry County...will my SentriCard work?
A. Your SentriCard will work in all Sentrilock boxes that are on properties listed by MRED Agents.
Are you open on Saturday?
A. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do NOT close for lunch. Stop in and see us.
Is there a place I can check which CE classes I am registered for?
A. You can go into the IMS portion of HRO's web page, click on Members Only, enter your Agent ID number and password,
click on submit and then click on education calendar...the classes you are registered for will appear in red.
How do I change my phone number in the MLS?
A. You can login to the IMS system and change it under personal information. This will upload to the MLS within 24 hours
OR you can send us notice of the change in writing to the Organization Office.
How do I pay/view/print off my invoices online from HRO's website?
A. Login to IMS. Click on "View Your Account". Pay online.
Is there a place I can check which CE classes I need to take/have taken?
A. Link to Illinois REALTORS® or IDFPR;
you will need your Real Estate License number.
