The National Association of REALTORS® requires every new REALTOR® to attend Code of Ethics training at the beginning of their career.
Effective January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2021, and for successive three-year periods thereafter, each REALTOR member of the Organization (with the exception of REALTOR members granted REALTOR Emeritus status by the National Association) shall be required to complete ethics training of not less than two (2) hours and thirty (30) minutes of instructional time.
Heartland frequently offers Ethics training in classroom style with a live instructor. This is the best method for
learning the most important material and getting first-hand knowledge about the process of enforcement, filing a complaint, and more.
